What it covers
Every purchase on Kulushi is backed by our buyer guarantee. If a valid ticket does not arrive in time for the event, or the ticket you receive is not as described and the seller cannot put it right, you get your money back.
How escrow protects you
Your payment is held securely in escrow and is only released to the seller after your ticket has been delivered and you have had the chance to confirm it. Until then, your money is protected.
If something goes wrong
Raise an issue from your order and our support team will step in. Where a valid ticket has not been delivered in time, we refund you in full — no chargeback battles, no chasing strangers.
