About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Kulushi marketplace, where verified sellers list event tickets and buyers purchase them under our buyer guarantee. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Kulushi acts as a marketplace and escrow agent. We are not the seller of the tickets unless expressly stated, and the contract for each ticket is between the buyer and the listing seller, facilitated and protected by Kulushi.
Buying tickets
When you buy, your seats are reserved for a short window while you complete checkout. Payment is taken at checkout and held in escrow until your ticket is delivered and you have had the opportunity to confirm it.
Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable buyer fee before you pay. You should always check listing details — including block, split and any fan restriction — before purchasing.
Selling tickets
Sellers must have the right to sell the tickets they list and must comply with the resale policy of the relevant competition. Listings must be accurate, and tickets must be delivered promptly after a sale.
Payouts are released from escrow to the seller after the buyer has received a valid ticket, less any applicable commission.
Our buyer guarantee
If a valid ticket does not arrive in time for the event, you are entitled to a full refund under our buyer guarantee. Full details are set out on the Buyer Guarantee page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.
